Facility Overview
The Biomedical Informatics Shared Resource provides investigators with state-of-the-art tools and services that enable the creation and analysis of multi-dimensional data sets; the performance of high-throughput genomic analysis; and the collection and quantitative assessment of high-resolution imaging studies that are facilitated by high-performance computing environments and advanced machine-learning technologies. The shared resource includes the deployment of newly developed informatics infrastructure and resources that streamline the sharing and availability of the rich clinical and translational information generated by cross-disciplinary collaborations with partnering healthcare system, RWJBarnabas Health. Princeton University is a consortium member institution of the Rutgers Cancer Institute. Cancer Center members may be eligible for priority access and rate subsidies for shared resources supported by the Cancer Center Support Grant (P30CA072720) from the National Cancer Institute.
