Event Description

Engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, business leaders and policymakers will come together to explore the ethics of technology for the third annual Envision Conference and student career fair. Co-sponsored by PEI, the conference will include workshops on using technology to reduce meat consumption — led by Peter Singer, Princeton's Ira W. DeCamp Professor of Bioethics in the University Center for Human Values — develop autonomous vehicles, provide affordable housing, and combat global food shortages, among other topics. Graduate and undergraduate students will present their research projects and proposals on breakthrough technologies, including related to the environment and climate change.
