Event Description

Join us for a free, one-day seminar bringing together experts from the U.S. government, intellectual property attorneys, and local business people to share practical insights and strategies on China for U.S. IP rights holders.

The China IP Road Show is a program of the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. The event will include key participation from the USPTO’s China Team, whose members work nationwide and abroad to help U.S. businesses and inventors understand how to obtain and enforce IP rights in China and to protect against IP theft from China.

Topics will include... Where is China going on IP? The view from the judicial bench. IP enforcement in China and in the U.S. The experience of New Jersey businesses with China. And government resources to help U.S. businesses.

Princeton University will be the only site in New Jersey for this public program and we expect it to "sell out." To ensure there is space for anyone from the University community who would like to attend, we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
