Princeton psychology professor awarded National Medal of Science

President Obama named Anne Treisman, Princeton's James S. McDonnell Distinguished University Professor of Psychology Emeritus, as one of 12 recipients of the National Medal of Science on Dec. 21, 2012. Awarded annually, the Medal recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to science and engineering. The Medal is considered the country's highest honor for scientists.
