Princeton technology brings 3-D immersive quality to consumer product

Immersive 3-D sound from a portable speaker? It is now possible using technology licensed from Princeton University. A new product, the Jawbone Big Jambox, produces sound that seems to surround the listener, all from a single set of stereo speakers housed in a shoebox-sized container. The Jambox uses LiveAudio technology which is based on BACCH 3D filters developed by Princeton's Edgar Choueiri.
