Skinner named a 2015 Simons Investigator

Christopher Skinner *97, Professor of Mathematics, has been selected to receive one of the 2015 Simons Investigators awards, which are presented by the New York-based Simons Foundation to outstanding scientists nationwide engaged in mathematics, theoretical physics, theoretical computer science, and mathematical modeling of living systems. Professor Skinner is being recognized for his work in number theory and arithmetic geometry. He is the seventh Princeton faculty member to receive the five-year, renewable award since the program began in 2012.
