
As the Senior Associate Director of Research Development, Maureen works to build stronger relationships with foundations and other partners in support of faculty research and University priorities. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for the Office of the Dean for Research (ODFR) and co-leads the Princeton Alliance for Collaborative Research and Innovation.
Maureen joined Corporate Engagement and Foundation Relations in April 2022, after 20 years with the Princeton Office of Research and Project Administration (ORPA). During her tenure at ORPA, she provided guidance throughout the sponsored research lifecycle to faculty and administrators across a variety of departments.
Before joining Princeton, Maureen spent five years at Rutgers University as Acting Assistant Director and led the Pre-Award Functional Team for an integrated financial systems project. Prior to that, she managed multimillion-dollar projects for New York City construction firms for over 15 years.
Maureen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Arts from the New York Institute of Technology and is a proud Brooklyn, New York native.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, and meeting new people. She is an active volunteer supporting the growth of ice hockey in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and enjoys watching her son follow his passion as an ice hockey official.
