Ming is a System Analyst/Application Delivery Manager responsible for implementing the eRIA IACUC and IBC research compliance modules from InfoEd. Ming brings more than 10 years of experience designing training strategies and providing business analysis for both higher education and corporate environments. In her most recent position at Temple University, Ming designed and provided extensive training and worked to implement a number of InfoEd applications including Proposal Development/Tracking, COI and Compliance modules to facilitate and promote the overall efficiency of research administration. Ming received her B.S. in Management Information Systems from the Ohio State University and her M.S. in Instructional Technology from Lehigh University. She lives in Fort Washington, PA with her husband, Hsin-Ji.
