
Sushma Mendu is the Assistant Chief Information Officer in the Office of the Dean for Research. In partnership with ODFR leadership and the Office of Information Technology, Sushma leads efforts related to information technology systems, data strategy, information security, and technology infrastructure.
Sushma Mendu previously served as Senior Director at Princeton University's Office of Information Technology and as Director of Enterprise Systems at The College of New Jersey. She has overseen application services spanning diverse campus areas and led several digital technology initiatives resulting in the successful assessment, implementation, and integration of campus-wide digital platforms and ecosystems.
Sushma Mendu holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, a Master of Science degree in Nutrition, an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science, and is currently attending the Digital Transformation program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Drawing on her experience in higher education and healthcare IT, Sushma is actively involved in professional organizations and serves on multiple committees and governance groups.
In her role as Assistant Chief Information Officer at the Office of the Dean for Research, Sushma looks forward to driving technology innovation and collaboration to advance research and scholarship at Princeton University.
