Bezos Center for Neural Circuit Dynamics

Dedicated to advanced microscopy and imaging studies of neural circuit function in the brain to support research affiliated with the Princeton Neurosciences Institute.

Biomedical Informatics

The Rutgers Cancer Institute provides tools for analyzing multi-dimensional data, high-throughput genomics, and high-resolution imaging, supported by advanced machine-learning and high-performance computing.

Biophysics Core Facility

Provides advanced instrumentation for the biophysical characterization of proteins, DNA, and other macromolecules, including their interactions. Key tools include ultracentrifuges, calorimeters, spectrometers, and light scattering devices. 

Biospecimen Repository and Histopathology Service

The Rutgers Cancer Institute offers biospecimen banking, distribution, tissue analysis, and tumor microarrays under CAP-certified standards. It ensures secure custody of patient samples and clinical data. 

Biostatistics

The Rutgers Cancer Institute offers mathematical expertise and trial design to strengthen the scientific rigor of Cancer Institute research. 

Cancer Prevention and Outcomes Data Support

The Rutgers Cancer Institute supports participant recruitment, data management, and research across surveys, trials, implementation science, and program evaluation. 

Comprehensive Genomics

The Rutgers Cancer Institute offers cost-efficient sequencing services, including single primer enrichment, long-read sequencing, and hybrid capture panels for DNA/RNA analysis of tumor samples. 

Confocal Imaging Facility

Provides a range of advanced confocal microscopy imaging techniques for high-resolution, in-depth cell and tissue visualization.

Data and Statistical Services

Provides data and statistical consulting in the areas of choosing data, application of quantitative methods, the interpretation of statistical analyses, data conversion, and data visualization. 

Digital Learning Lab

Provides computing resources for multimedia creation, including graphic design, video editing, audio production, and data analysis. 

Electron Microscopy Core Facility

Provides structure determination and analysis, including crystallization trials, X-ray data collection (synchrotron and in-house), and structure analysis. 

Embodied Computation Lab (ECL)

The lab features a robotics space, gantry crane, and ample room for constructing complex architectural mock-ups, offering specialized equipment for fabrication and building system exploration.
